Clinical Presentation

Patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors may present with an abdominal mass that may be an incidental finding on endoscopy. Other presentations include abdominal pain or discomfort, early satiety, gastrointestinal bleeding, hemoperitoneum, anemia, and gastrointestinal perforation.
