Non-ischemic chest pain may also be caused by neuralgia, cervical radiculopathy, myalgia, costochondritis, psychosomatic disorder, pericarditis, pleurisy, pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, esophageal spasm, gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer disease, gallstone disease, and pancreatitis.
