Initial Signs and Symptoms

The following are the initial signs and symptoms of COVID-19 disease:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Dyspnea
• Chest imaging showing bilateral infiltrates
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of smell or taste
• Sore throat
• Diarrhea
