In the PRO analyses of the phase III CodeBreak 200 trial, the first-in-class KRAS^G12C inhibitor sotorasib improved quality of life (QoL) of patients with pretreated KRAS^G12C-mutated advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) compared with docetaxel.
