Travelers have been exposed to a variety of health risks in unfamiliar environments, thus, travelers should plan appropriately, address health concerns in transit and while away from home, and seek proper medical attention when symptoms or questions arise after returning home. During travel by sea, air, or land, common health problems encountered are motion sickness and ear and sinus pressure.
