Tổng quan

Bladder cancer is an uncontrollable growth of cancer cells in the hollow organs of the pelvis which is the bladder.
Microscopic or gross, painless hematuria is the most common presenting complaint; gross hematuria is associated with higher disease stage than microscopic hematuria.
Non-invasive-muscle disease may be diagnosed by initial cystoscopy and cytology.
Non-muscle invasive tumors management is directed at reducing recurrences and preventing progression to a more advanced stage.
